Submarine Direct Buried Armoured Optical Fiber Cable

GYTA53 armoured optical fiber cable is an outdoor cable with a dual PE jacket and reinforced armor protection, they are suitable for installation in harsh environments where the mechanical impact on the cable is to be expected. e.g. in the direct buried application. The loose tube stranding technology makes the fibers have good secondary excess length and allow the fibers free movement in the tube, which keeps the fiber stress-free while the cable is subjected to longitudinal stress. Corrugated steel tape armored and double PE sheath provide excellent crush resistance and rodent resistance. Metal strength member provides excellent strain performance. The cable core is filled with water-blocking filler, so it is also suitable for underwater applications.

Feature

  • Good mechanical and temperature performance
  • High-strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant
  • Special tube filling compounds ensure the critical protection of fiber
  • Crush resistance and flexibility
  • Excellent watertight: Steel wire used as the central strength member; Loose tube filling compound; 100% cable core filling; APL moisture barrier; PSP enhancing moisture-proof; Water-blocking material

Application

River; Shallow waters; Direct buried
