OS1 MPO to MPO Fiber Patch Cord

Single-mode MPO patch cords are designed and manufactured to connect transceivers or optical modules in data center single-mode links that can carry up to 24 or even 48 fiber channels to reduce the occupation of limited space in the server room, and have both UPC and APC contact ends for communication cable and equipment matching.

After the jumper is assembled and produced, there is still some distance before the product is used offline. Next, the MPO jumper needs to test whether the end face of the connector is clean, whether all channels can transmit signals through the light, whether the attenuation meets the required standard, and whether the 3D test value meets the standard. When any of the test data is abnormal, the whole patch cord needs to be reworked or even re-produced. When all functional test items are completed, the test report will be affixed to each patch cord bag one by one to show Bonelinks’ acknowledgment of the product’s quality assurance.
