Warranty & Policies

For all of our fiber optic cables, splitters, patch cords and other passive communication devices, all products are fully tested for appearance and performance. After the products meet the quality standards, the test data will be printed and pasted on the outer box or bag, and stamped with QC seal to show the recognition of the quality of the products and as a proof of return service in case of quality problem.

In general, for.

a) Indoor and outdoor fiber optic cables, we promise that the goods will be tested and provided with test reports before shipment, providing a 25-year warranty period.

b) Indoor and outdoor fiber optic patch cords, we promise that the goods will be tested and provided with test reports before leaving the factory, providing a 20-year warranty period.

C) PLC and FBT optical splitter, we promise that the goods will be tested and provided with test report before leaving the factory, providing 20 years warranty.

d) Fiber optic connectors, we promise that the concentricity of each core meets the required standards, will be tested and provided with test reports, providing a 20-year warranty.

e) Fiber optic adapters, attenuators, fusion tubes and other accessories, we promise that the goods will be tested and provided with test report before leaving the factory, providing 20 years warranty.

For products with quality objections, after providing a sample of the product to the factory for failure analysis, the customer will need to provide the appropriate courier number and commercial invoice to facilitate our receipt of the courier. Within 7 working days of receiving the sample, we will issue a sample analysis report to confirm whether the product has been damaged before leaving the factory. The cost of returning the sample for analysis will be borne by our manufacturer. We are 100% responsible for the quality of the product delivered to the customer prior to receipt and use of the product, except for damage caused by external factors.

a) If the product is damaged during shipment or during the warranty period or if the quality is abnormal, we will bear the costs including remanufacturing, shipping, etc.

b) If the customer disagrees with the test report issued by us, the sample can be provided to a third-party testing organization for further analysis and confirmation, but the testing cost will be borne by the customer or negotiated. When the test result confirms that the product quality problem is caused by us, all testing costs will be borne by us. When the test result is confirmed to be caused by improper use by the client, we will not bear the cost of third party structural testing.

c) If the product or any part of the product is damaged or mishandled by the buyer, our normal warranty will be void, but we are willing to negotiate with the customer to resolve the problem.

d) If the product is not available or exceeds the warranty period, we will do our best to work with the customer to solve the problem and provide a cost-effective and suitable product for the customer to continue to use.
